This seminar course provides students with an overview of the principles of Adlerian theory as they relate to socially responsible professional practice in the areas of leadership and applied psychology. Topics include applications of the principle of holism in the workplace, the socially embedded nature of humans and systemic thinking in impactful collaborations. Included is a consideration of the unique ways in which a positive sense of self may be nourished through service to the community.
