PSYD 501 - Child and Adolescent Therapy 3 This class’s primary goal is to acquaint students with the empirical literature on child therapy as practiced by child clinical psychologists. Readings and discussion will address not only the skills and techniques of play, behavioral, and family therapy, but how and when to apply these skills. It is designed to give students an overview of the various aspects of child/adolescent therapy both from an experiential and a theoretical focus.
