This one credit course is specifically for incoming PhD in Couple and Family Therapy students who did not receive their MA in Couple and Family Therapy, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Medical Family Therapy. This course will specifically cover the AAMFT Code of Ethics complementing the ethics course taken in their clinical master’s degree. The goal of this course is to prepare them for practice and licensure as a Couple and Family Therapist.
