The MAIOP Thesis is a student-directed study conducted in consultation with an approved faculty member of a topic relevant to the theory and practice of organizational psychology. The research project is an important capstone task (a culmination or highest points) for students’ demonstration of the integration of science and practice and the critical thinking skills required to complete a scholarly paper of publishable quality in accordance with Adler University guidelines and Canadian Psychological Association and American Psychological Association standards.
