MIOP 551 - MIOP Project I 2 The MIOP Comprehensive Project is a student-directed study approved faculty member of a topic relevant to the theory and practice of organizational psychology. The project is an important capstone task (a culmination or highest point) for students’ demonstration of the integration of science and practice and the critical thinking skills required for the ethical and professional practice in organizational psychology. Students are required to complete a scholarly paper inclusive of a literature review of publishable quality in accordance with Adler University guidelines and Canadian Psychological Association and American Psychological Association standards. Course Exit Competencies Deliver a Comprehensive Project in accordance with Adler University Guidelines Apply “best practics” in basic interviewing and questionaiire techniques. Develop knowledge to conduct comprehensive literature review Evaluate the elements necessary for research.
Prerequisites: MIOP 550 .
