PSY 803 - Humanistic and Existentialist Therapy Approaches II 3 This course builds on the knowledge and skills developed in the introductory course in humanistic and existential approaches by developing a more in-depth appreciation of particular theories and perspectives in this area of practice. The integration of humanistic/existential/transpersonal theories with each other and with other theoretical perspectives will be the focus of the class. In addition, the application of this perspective to a broad range of clinical and social issues will be emphasized. Students will be encouraged to develop their own personal integration of this perspective into their personal and professional lives. Note: Satisfies program requirement as an advanced intervention elective.
Prerequisites: PSY 722 .
