PSY 915 - Special Topics in Neuropsychology

This course will provide students with an opportunity to study applied areas of neuropsychology with a primary focus on intervention. Topics may include specific intervention techniques often utilized in mental health settings such as cognitive rehabilitation or neurofeedback. Topics could also cover the identification and treatment of specific foci such as attention, learning, or memory disorders. Finally, topics may include commonly used therapeutic techniques for neuropsychological conditions. There will be a strong emphasis on multicultural perspectives incorporated into these topics.
