This course is designed as an advanced play therapy course. Students will learn about advanced play therapy topics including play therapy theories and approaches, play therapy research and assessment, child development, collaborating with caregivers and family systems, and play therapy application across diverse settings. Students will engage in discussion, experiential learning, demonstrations, and supervised role play during this course.
